He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Altman and Dorothy Altman (Woodruff). He is survived by: his wife Robin Wymer; his children, Jaricka Altman, Sydni Altman, Kristin Carrisalez (David) and Jarren Altman; his grandchildren, Matthew and Meah Carrisalez; and his sister Rhonda Hoffman (Paul).
Memorial Contributions in Rick's honor may be gifted to the either Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Swanton Church of the Nazarene, or to the family.
