He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hunt and Laura Hunt; his sisters, Mary Posadny and Kathy Hofbauer; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Surgeson and Daimyen Bayless.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Hunt (Tippin); his sister Delores Robert; his daughters, Michelle Hunt-Laubach (John) and Tanya Bayless (Rich); his grandchildren, Jonathan Laubach (Theresa), Daniel Surgeson (Ceanna), Emily Santander (Jesus), Joseph Surgeson, Kyrstn Hunt and Charlotte Laubach; his nephew Matthew Tippin; and his great grandchildren, Marina, Edward, Skilr, Elijah, Zaiden and Victoria.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (204 Chestnut St, Swanton, OH 43558). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (8308 S River Rd, Waterville, OH 43566).
