He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Johnson and Genevieve Johnson (Weber); and his brother Alden Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kim Reno (Jeff), Mark Johnson (Robin), Terry Lashaway (Robyn), Rich Bostelman, Deborah Bostelman-Miller (Al) and Kevin Lashaway (Becky); his grandchildren, Justin, Abigail, Aubrey, Amanda, Bryan, Danielle, Ryan, Kenneth, Brandon and Briton; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Alexis and Envee.
