He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Miller (Shawn), Erin (Lee) and Martin; his stepchildren, Sabrina (Chad Everly), Luedtke, Charlie, Brayden, Aubrianna, Cooper, Fiona, Remington, Katrina Luedtke, Eric Pivnicka, Nathan, Ezekial, Ares, Link and Draven; his siblings, Sally and Bill; and his extended family, Dave and Sandy Miller. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces & nephews, and cousins.
