He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rhoads and Neoma Rhoads (Junge); and his brother John Rhoads. He is survived by: his fiancée Helen Bouillion; his children, Shannon Rhoads (Rhonda), Michelle Rhoads, Melanie Rhoads-Cover and Matthew Rhoads; his stepchildren, Leroy Taylor, April Seif (Timothy) and Jeremiah Taylor; his siblings, Darlene Reimond (Jim) and Gary Rhoads (Linda Kersey); and his close friend Larry Reinbolt (Cindy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; many step grandchildren; step great grandchildren and faithful feline companion.
