She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shaffer and Marlyn Shaffer (Conn); and her siblings, Paul Shaffer (Kay) and Linnea Rohleder. She is survived by: her husband Lavern Meyer; her daughters, Kathy Ferguson (Tim) and Karen Oberhaus (Eric); and her grandchildren, Lindsay, Alex, Ryan and Jenna.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Liberty Center Historical Society or St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon.
