He was predeceased by : his parents, William Stout and Ruby Jewell Stout (Jones) of Hazard, Kentucky.; and his brother Bill Stout. He is survived by : his wife Betty Stout; his children, Edmond Joseph Stewart, William Jerome Stewart and Kimberly Carlton; his brothers, John Stout (Cookie), Jim Stout (Julie) and Kenneth Stout (Marian); and his brother-in-law Steve Morvel. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorials in Larry's memory may be considered to the American Legion Post 6956 of Liberty Center, Wounded Warrior Project, American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
