He is survived by: his wife Sonja J. Nye; his children, Timothy Nye (Renee) of Montpelier, Connie Ross (Bryan) of Napoleon, Jolynn Cole (Bruce) of Toledo, Kenneth Nye Jr. (Alma) of Wauseon and Kat Dauwalter (Eric Ebersole) of Fayette; his daughter-in-law Shirley Rodgers of Rushsylvania, Ohio; and his sisters, Joyce Cass and Judy Mock (Larry). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; four step grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
