It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Hoffman of Liberty Center, Ohio, born in Delta, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Lambert and Beulah Lambert; her husband Arthur Hoffman; her daughter Donna Taft; her son-in-law Tony DeCant; and her grandson Jonathon Hoffman.

She is survived by : her children, Terry Hoffman (Debbye) of Liberty Center, Larry Hoffman (Hattie) of Pennsylvania, Ricky Hoffman (Erma) of Defiance, Dianna Wentworth (Gerald) of Florida, Bonnie DeCant of Delta and Becky McIntosh (Marvin) of Delta; and her son-in-law Carl Taft of Delta. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions in Juanita's honor may be gifted to the Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church.
