He was predeceased by : his parents, John Feffer and Esther Feffer (Wilhelm); and his siblings, Rose Dulle, Mary, Katherine Hoffman and Albert.

He is survived by : his wife Dora J. Reichardt Meyer; his children, Peter Feffer (Brenda), James Feffer and Rosalie Feffer (Brooke Nichols); and his grandchildren, Erin Brenner (Jay), Zachary Feffer (Hannah), Logan Feffer (Brittany), Jard Feffer and Nathan Feffer. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in John's honor may be gifted to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the charity of the donor's choice.
