He was predeceased by: his father Hal R. Stine. He is survived by: his mother Sandra A. Stine (Parrill); his significant other Patty Smith; his children, Nicholas R. Stine of Port Huron, MI, Crystal Carpenter (Jay) of Perrysburg, OH, Patrick Smith (Velina) of Bowling Green and Josh Smith of Delta; and his grandchildren, Charlotte Stine, Jr., Waltenburg, Preston, Avery, Porter, Delilah and Paisley Smith. He is also survived by four sisters and two brothers.
