With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cletus Joseph Schindler of Liberty Center, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schindler and Irene Schindler (Batt); his wife Rebekah Wilson-Ceculski of Mary's Catholic Church; his siblings, Richard Schindler (Ann), Robert Schindler (Kate), Francis Schindler, Bernadette Sheets (Victor) and Madonna Brenner (Larry); and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Ewers and Basil Timbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Cletus II Schindler (Kelly), Patricia Mayes and Rhonda Taylor; his grandchildren, Krista (Eric), Tim (Julie), Willie (Kara), Danielle, Matthew, Rhea and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Conner, Emma, Ruthee Rae, Tim, Cambri, Maddox, Jessa, Jackie, Matthew and Knox; his sisters, Marybelle Timbrook, Alma Jean Ewers and Janice Neiling (Bob); and his sister-in-law Pat Schindler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rodenberger Funeral Home - Napoleon (1010 Westmoreland Ave, Napoleon, OH 43545). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (726 Monroe St, Napoleon, OH 43545).
