She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Carpenter and Gertie Carpenter (Meyer); her husband Kip; her grandson Lance Kern; and her siblings, Randall, Lowell, Elmer Carpenter and Donna Haley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Kern, Barry Kern (Susan) of Liberty Center, Ohio and Thomas Kern (Peggy) of Liberty Center, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kyle Kern (Michelle), Danett Setmire (Dustin), Keith Kern (Kim), Kara Langston (Jocef), Kenzy Kern (Madi), Troy Westhoven (Ashley), Lin Meloche (Rich), Caitlin Westhoven and Sean Westhoven (Paige). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions in Cecelia's honor may be gifted to either Victory Chapel Church or Liberty Center Athletic Boosters.
