She is survived by: her husband David Blackstone; her sons, Daniel Blackstone of Sarahsville, Dallas, Andrea Blackstone of Lewisville, Denver and Kelcey Blackstone of Jerusalem, Ohio; her grandchildren, Abigail, Emma, Memphis, James, Phoebe, Annabelle and Shiloh Blackstone; and her siblings, Jaquelyn Hupp (Richard), Mary Peplowski (Michael), Aleta Blackstone, Robyn Dill and Joseph Reed (Cindy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
