He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Kuhn and Genevieve Smithberger Kuhn; his wife Shirley Hosey Kuhn; his son Mark Kuhn; and his brothers, Jimmy and Paul Kuhn.
He is survived by: his children, Kristina Lafferre (Kevin) of Lewisville, Ohio and Brian Kuhn (Kay) of Lewisville, Ohio; his siblings, Rose Ann Pero of Scottsdale, Rita Kuhn of Cambridge, Mary Joyce Betts (Russell) of Lewisville, Carol Kuhn of Woodsfield, Lucy Betts (Delmas) of Lewisville, Elaine "Toots" Biedenbach of Lewisville, Ohio and Joe Kuhn of Lewisville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Kristy Bettinger (David), Dustin Kuhn, Morgan Kuhn (Ben Bond), Trent Lafferre and Lynsey Beaver (Jacob). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
