He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander O. Kuhn and Genevieve E. Smithberger Kuhn; his wife Martha June Cornelius Kuhn; his son David J. Kuhn; his brothers, Jimmy, Paul and Kenny Kuhn; and his great grandchild Haelynn Scott Burdette.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael C. Kuhn of Lewisville, Ohio, Ronald W. Kuhn of Lewisville, Ohio and Christopher A. Kuhn (Jodie) of Lewisville, Ohio; his sisters, Rose Ann Pero of Scottsdale, Rita Kuhn of Cambridge, Mary Joyce Betts (Russell) of Lewisville, Lucy Betts (Delmas) of Lewisville, Carol Kuhn of Woodsfield and Elaine "Toots" Biedenbach of Lewisville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Lucas Kuhn, Tyler Kuhn (Laura), Erica Dyar (Ryan), Ashley Burdette (Scott), Ryan Kuhn (Latosha), Alexandria Crouse (Westley) and Allison Kuhn; and his great grandchildren, Alden Kuhn, Jase, Coletyn, Alyssa Dyar, Bayleigh, Nevaeh, Qwen Burdette, Grayson, Holden Kuhn and Vera Crouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews.
