We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, Betty Ischy of Lewisville, Ohio, born in Monroe, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Frederick and Marcella Viola Weber Hoff; and her husband Vernon Ischy. She is survived by: her children, Talmage Evans (Jessica Mushi) of Lewisville and Christine Murphy (Allen) of Marietta; her sisters, Iva Wise of Barnesville, Eileen Wise of Belmont, Juanita Blair (Sheldon) of Arizona and Dorothy Morris of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Dale Hughes (Meagan), Laura Hughes (Josh) and MacMillian Mushi; and her friend Sammi. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, 11 step-great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren, and her special pet.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bauer Turner Funeral Home (100 S Paul St, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
