He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Oakley and Elda R. Oakley (Klopfenstein); and his sister Sharon Knief. He is survived by: his wife Debra Wagner; his children, Jill Oakley Jeppe of Cleveland and Josh Oakley of Tipp City, Ohio; his stepchildren, Kathryn Young (Carl Steinke) of New Knoxville and Kyle Young (Brittany) of Bellefontaine, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kaden and Hunter Jeppe; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlee, Jacob (Emily), Jessica, Jamee, Claire and Avery Young; his stepgreat-grandson Jaxson Wagner; and his sister Kathy Mann of DeGraff, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
