He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Robert Renick Sr. and Anna R. Huber; and his sisters, Dorothy Louise Fairchild (Clyde) and Mary Eleanor Judy (Don). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn LeVally Renick; his daughters, Jerilyn Budd (Gary) of Loogootee, IN, Jayne Kinney (Larry) of Lewistown, OH, Debi Seeley (Marv) of Lakeview, OH and Deanna Hartnett (Will) of Carmel, IN.; his grandchildren, Richard Kinney (Missy), Sam Kinney (Chris), Melissa Kinney (Matt), Joshua Budd (Mwanaisha), Preston Budd (Kara), Derek Budd (Amanda) and Dani Hartnett Wickliff (Will); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Grimes (Makayla), Franklin, Allison, Alexandra, Alivia, Lukas Jay Robert, Lacey Kinney, Parker, Harper, Carson Penhorwood, Gabby (Mason), Mia, Brooklyn, Riley and Zeppelin Budd.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Shoffstall Funeral Home (205 S Main St, Lakeview, OH 43331). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Lewistown-Trinity United Methodist Church (8088 Co Rd 54, Lewistown, OH 43333).
