He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Victor and Esther Juanita Poling LeVan; and his sister Eileen Stults. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Dell Michel; his sons, Louis LeVan (Melissa) and James LeVan; his grandchildren, Hank LeVan (Megan), Harrison LeVan, Hadley LeVan, Cati LeVan, Frani LeVan, Holden LeVan, Kyle LeVan and Dylan Scharrne; his great grandchild Perry Del LeVan; and his brother-in-law Ken Stults (Jeanie).
Memorial contributions may be given in Herb's memory to Lewistown-Trinity United Methodist Church.
