He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian J. Schwartz (Pottinger); his grandparents, Eugene Wade and Norma Ruth Pottinger (Schering); and his brother-in-law James Michael Keller. He is survived by: his wife Pat Schroeder of Lewisburg; his children, Wayne Schroeder, Jr. (Sherie) of Lewisburg, Missy "Meamer" Schmidt (Kirt Stryker) of Greenville, Jenny Lawson (Walt) of Beavercreek, Mike Schroeder (Stef Napier) of Lewisburg, Katie Schroeder of Ithaca and Billy Schroeder (Shelbi) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Andrea (Kevin), Kendra (Stetson), Colyn (Kara), Tayah, Taylor, Sierra, Alyssa, Colton, Hailey, Walter Jr., Wyatt, Paisley, Sadie, Wilson and Watson; his great grandchild Delilah; his sister Debbie Schroeder; and his sister-in-law Debbie Keller. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
