He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Brower and Alice L. Brower (Smith); his wife Thelma Jean Brower (Shiverdecker); and his son-in-law Mark D. Bertke. He is survived by: his children, Edward L. Brower (Linda) and Gina M. Bertke; and his sisters, Betty Cooper and Pattie Stuart. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
