Vandemark of Lewisburg, Ohio, born in Centerville, Iowa, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Sally Jane Olinger; his daughter Dawn Marie Folkerth; and his grandson Eli John Folkerth. He is survived by: his wife Teresa A. Vandemark (Garner); his daughter Melissa R.; his son-in-law Aaron Salyers; his son Chad E. Vandemark; his brother Jay D.; his sister-in-law Kay Vandemark; and his sisters, Marlyn R. Long and Debbie K. Comp. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
