He is survived by: his children, Denise Smyer (Timothy), Jennifer Linder (Danny) and Charles Rhoades, Jr.; his close friend Wanda Branham Jones; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Randy, Kristin, Brandon, Drew and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Lyla, Sydney, Landon, Declan, Llewyn and McKenna; and his sisters, Dorothy VanScoy and Katherine Zindorf (Richard). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
