He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Allen and Sara Allen; and his siblings, Raymond Allen and Linda Garlitz (Phil). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Allen; his sons, Jerry Allen (Raina) and Kenneth Allen; his grandchildren, Ben Allen, Shevon Allen (Amy) and Elizabeth Allen; his great grandchild Sawyer; his sisters, Vicki Garland (Jeff) and Shirley Presley; and his sister-in-law Debbie Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
