He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fields and Carol Fields (Borland). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his children, Sarah Carlson (Mike), Laura Fields (Timothy), Tommy Fields II and Elena Huxman; his grandchildren, Violet, Jax, William, Alyssa, Jade, Ethan, Aiden and Izjah; and his siblings, David Fields (Pat) and Danzi Sunderman (Bob).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Nw Chapel (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Newcomer - Northwest Columbus Chapel (10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065).
