We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022, at the age of 75, Thomas Edward O'Brien of Lewis Center, Ohio, born in Wilmington, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Virginia O'Brien (Johnson); his stepfather John Koch; and his grandparents, Thomas, Mame O'Brien (Hodge), Edward and Creola Johnson (Haines).

He is survived by: his stepbrothers, William Koch and Roger Koch; and also, Elizabeth Frech (Koch) and Barbara Koch. He is also survived by spouses and children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
