With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Sue Pope of Lewis Center, Ohio, born in Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Watkins Leathers and Essie Mae Broome Leathers; her husband Joe Bates Pope; and her daughter Pamela Dobbins. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris, Jennifer Dobbins of Jacksonville, FL, Leann and Ben Stevens of Lewis Center, Ohio; her stepgrandchildren, Jeff and Mary Beth Fortune of Kennesaw; her great grandchildren, Carson Dobbins, Madison Dobbins, Emily Dobbins of Jacksonville and Kendall Stevens of Ohio; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Grier and Elizabeth Fortune of Kennesaw.
