It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Lowe (Lewis Center, Ohio), who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: the father of her children George H. Vance; her parents, Charles and Bertha; and her siblings, Bill Stuller, Patricia Ward and Shirley Madden.
She is survived by: her children, Caren O'Flaherty (Michael), Kathleen DeWeese (Danny) and Donald Vance (Tammy); her grandchildren, Shawn Rideout, Amanda Vance, Paul and Shannon O'Flaherty; and her great grandchildren, Daylen and Alana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
