He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Grassi and Elva Grassi; and his siblings, Anthonia Grassi, Alice Grassi Yoshioka and Ralph Grassi.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Jane Grassi; his children, Danielle Lautzenheiser (Dean), John Grassi (Debbie) and Michael Grassi (Anne); his grandchildren, Matthew DeCarlo, Kassandra Grassi (Tyrone), Nicole O'Donnell (Michael), Anthony Lautzenheiser (Heather), Ben Lautzenheiser (Kate), Caitlin Lautzenheiser, Rachel Grassi, Marie Grassi, Kyle Grassi and Mark Grassi; his great grandchildren, Makaila DeCarlo, Emilie DeCarlo, Hailey DeCarlo, Kinsley DeCarlo, Tarone Jackson, Lincoln O'Donnell, Violet O'Donnell and Aiden Lautzenheiser; and his brothers, Ron Grassi (Cathy) and Richard Grassi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
