He was predeceased by: his pet Niko; his grandparents, Lowellwood Wiant (Woody), Beaulah Wiant (McDonald), Mary Jane Throckmorton (Corwin) and Francis Throckmorton; and his nephew Collin Wiant.
He is survived by: his parents, Keith Wiant and Ann Wiant (Throckmorton); his siblings, Wade (Kathleen) and Liz Kaufmann (Anton); and his nieces and nephews, Austin Wiant (Paige), Aidan Wiant, A. J. Kaufmann, Olivia Rice (Cody), Ava Wiant and Kristen Kaufmann.
