It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Conrad of Lewis Center, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Warren Conrad and Velma Conrad (Gray); his wife Dollie I. Conrad (Shoemaker); and his children, Cheryl Funk, Deborah Halcomb, Donna Massey, Rita Cornwell and Scott Conrad. He was also cherished by 14 Grand Children plus many Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
