With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Eugene Hecker of Lewis Center, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Hecker, and Bertha Hecker, Sr. (Johnson); his wife Linda Sue Laven of Lewis Center, Ohio; his daughters, Jennifer Shepherd (Travis) of Worthington and Amy Hecker of Westerville, Ohio; and his grandson Tiernan Dale Shepherd.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Dale's memory to: Lewis Center United Methodist Church, 1081 Lewis Center Rd, Lewis Center, OH 43035.
