Conley was predeceased by: parent Raymond Ewing; wife Lura Harvey Tincher; and sons, Karrdavid Tincher and Randy Alan Tincher. Conley is survived by: parent Margie Bragg; son Donald R. Tincher (Jalana) of Lewis Center; grandchildren, Holly Tincher (Ishmael Diop), David Tincher (Lori Franklin) and Katie Walker (Andrew); great grandchildren, Hannah Diop, Alana Walker, Addilyn Walker, Kylee Ann and Autumn Engle; and friends, Bruce Anderson (Gina), Mark Cutler (Cindy), Tiileida Faryman and Larry Bryant.
