She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Henderson and Ethel M. Henderson (Scott); her husband Jay E. Hayslip; her son Ronald Hayslip; her siblings, Winiford Henderson, Margaret Coats, Phyllis Tarvin, Merna Hunter, Janice Carter, Nancy Dodge, Richard, Jimmy, Jerry, Jesse, Steve and Charles Henderson; and her stepdaughters, Sandra Shaw, Linda Webb and Peggy Mickel.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Henderson (Missy), Leslie Janczak (John), Kevin Hayslip (Kathy), Bridget Eagle (Larry), Susan Hayslip and Jay Hayslip, Jr.; her stepchildren, Phyllis Adams (Roy), Richard Hayslip (Paulette), Mike Hayslip (Debbie) and Cindy Johnson; and her siblings, Vernon Henderson, Charlotte Johnson and Sharon George. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, many step grandchildren and step-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
