Betty Payne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2024, at the age of 97, Betty Payne of Lewis Center, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis David Payne and Effie Yates Payne; her siblings, Della Mae Farlow, Doris Payne Garrett, Edith Whaley, Iola Patterson, Dewey, David, Grayson and Bill Payne; her half-brothers, Frank and Paul Payne; and also Thelma Graves.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Martha Frazier of Raleigh, NC, Teresa McRae (Tommy) of Emerald Isle, NC, Tracy Mitchell, Carl Garrett of Greensboro, NC, Don Farlow (Marlene), Keith Farlow (Donna), Richard Farlow (Lori) and Steve Payne; and her friends, Carol Rodgers, Scott, Jennifer Hayes, Nick Hayes, Kelly, Tom and Henry Wagner.
Donations may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH 43214, where Betty was cared for with much tenderness and respect.
