She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Jacob, Sr.; and her siblings, Curtis, Ivan, Willis, Henderson, Fred Prince, Vida Carrier and Ada Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Jacob (Michele), Charles Jacob (Ann), Patti Lewis, Susan Chadwick (Bill) and Annette Brobeck (David); and her sisters, Jessie Miller and Gladys Buckley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
