He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Kuhlman and Anna Mae Kuhlman (Doepker); his brother LaVern Kuhlman; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Schmitz. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Bullock (Brian) of Summit Point, WV.; and his siblings, Ronald Kuhlman (Marie) of Kalida, Adrian Kuhlman (Patricia) of Defiance, Joanne Schmitz (Larry Marker) of Glandorf and Joyce Smith (Jon) of Conroe, TX..
