He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Kuhlman and Anna Mae Kuhlman (Doepker); his brother LaVern Kuhlman; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Schmitz. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Bullock (Brian) of Summit Point, WV.; and his siblings, Ronald Kuhlman (Marie) of Kalida, Adrian Kuhlman (Patricia) of Defiance, Joanne Schmitz (Larry Marker) of Glandorf and Joyce Smith (Jon) of Conroe, TX..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Leipsic (226 Belmore St, Leipsic, OH 45856). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856).
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
