She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Haughn and Mary Haughn (Weaver); her former husband Frederick Russell; her husband Harold Otto; and her brother Dr. Jerry Haughn.

She is survived by: her children, Owen Russell (Nancy) of Douglasville, Georgia, Cynthia Jackson (Hal) of Westerville and Jocelyn Abbott (Brian) of Leipsic, Ohio; her sister Jean DeWeese (Don) of Piqua, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Haughn of Chandler, Sally Bogard of Leipsic, Don Russell of Leipsic and James Russell of Leipsic. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
