He was predeceased by: his parents, Serge N. Ladd and Marie Ladd (Hittle); his wife Doris J. Chamberlin; and his siblings, Norma Jean Rohrs, Donnie Ladd and Robert Ladd.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Agner (Randy) of Leipsic and Lance Ladd of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Erika Agner (John Vorhes) of Lima and Kevin Agner of Leipsic; and his brother-in-law Dale Chamberlin (Carol) of Milford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
