He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis S. Stevens and Mary Ruby Stevens (Nourse); his grandson Anthony Tyler; and his siblings, Ralph, Dennis, Richard, Walt, Ruby Keener, Ruth Bloomfield, Violet Cleek, Mary Stevens and Lillian Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jordan; his children, Ruby McGowan (Jerome) of Ottawa, Jeanette Verhoff (Dennis) of Ottawa and Lynn Smith (Joseph) of Continental; his foster children, Angel Parker and Clark Parker; his grandchildren, Aaron Larson, Brianna Larson, Aislinn McGowan, Ian McGowan, Spencer Verhoff, Morgan Verhoff, Brooklyn Smith, Britten Smith and Jacob Smith; and his siblings, John Stevens of Wheelersburg, Garnett Allen of Indianapolis, IN and Dorothy Tedder of Huntington Beach, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
