He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence McDougle and Cloe McDougle (Williams); his wife Martelle McDougle (Morris) of Maryland; his brother Lee McDougle; his son Christopher J. McDougle, MD (Jennifer Mullett); and his granddaughters, Meghan Marie McDougle and Erin Elizabeth Notson (McDougle). He was also cherished by his son and with friends and his brothers-in-law.
