We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2019, at the age of 81, Ofelia Hernandez (Leipsic, Ohio), born in Elsa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Samuel Rosa, Daniel Rosa and Oteotila Pena. She is survived by: her spouse Roberto Hernandez; her children, Rita Navarro of Austin, TX, Ruth Guerrero (Jesus) of Ottawa, Maurilio Molina, Jr. of West Leipsic and Sandra Coleson of Ottawa; and her sister Anna Gonzalez of Leipsic. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
