As we bid Laura farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cupp and Marilyn Cupp (Thomas); and her brother Ryan M. Cupp. She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Rigel of Leipsic, Claire Rigel (Reese Mangas) of Leipsic and Ella Rigel of Leipsic; and her siblings, Keith Cupp (Gwen) of Leipsic and Ann Daugherty of Winchester, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
