He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Dimas and Simona Dimas (Posadas). He is survived by: his wife Amelia Torres; and his children, Juan Dimas, Olga Dimas, Claudia Simona Dimas and Jorge Alberto Dimas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six brothers and two sisters.
