Joseph Lammers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Lammers of Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Lammers and Clara Lammers (Schroeder); and his siblings, Louis Lammers (Mary), John Lammers, Harold Lammers (Eleanor), Francis Lammers, Jim Lammers, Angela Moening (Tom), Rita Rieman (Edward) and Mary Margaret Maag (Alphonse).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Krietemeyer; his children, Gary Lammers (Tina) of Kettering, Kathy Burkhart (Dave) of Glandorf, Marlene Haubert of Tiffin, Carol Lafountain (Kevin) of Williamsburg, VA, John Lammers (Joyce) of Findlay, Dale Lammers (Kim) of Plymouth, MI, Beth Ruhe (Greg) of Leipsic and Rick Lammers (Evonne Dwyer) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Daniel Burkhart, Mark Burkhart, Brian Burkhart, Greg Lammers, Erin Swallow, Josh Lafountain, Sam Lafountain, Emily Lafountain, Eric Haubert, Matt Haubert, Morgan Sedmak, Nathan Lammers, Lauren Lammers, Megan Lammers, Allison Ruhe, Madison Ruhe and Avery Ruhe; and his sister-in-law Dulce Lammers of Costa Rica. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, a visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 5-8 p. m. and from 9:30-10:15 a. m. Wednesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic. Due to regulations regarding COVID-19, masks are required upon entering the funeral home and church.
Memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Home Health and Hospice.
