He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Diemer and Alvenia Diemer (Cain); his son Jeromy Diemer; and his sister Janet Schnipke. He is survived by: his wife Judy Botjer; his sons, James Diemer, Jr. (Stephanie) of Savannah, GA and Joey Diemer of Leipsic; his siblings, Ron Diemer of Ottawa, Jerry Diemer (Carolyn) of Leipsic and Karen Diemer of Leipsic; and his brother-in-law Albert Schnipke of Ottawa. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
