He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack David and Cleo David (Fuchion); and his brother Gene David. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Noon; his children, Deb David of Leipsic and John David (Cindy) of Fostoria; and his brothers, Denny David (Chris) of Leipsic and Bob David (Marsha) of Troy. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
