Alafa Sr. of Leipsic, Ohio, born in Paducah, Texas, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dionicio Alafa and Filomena Alafa (Flores); and his siblings, Francisco Alafa, Baldemar Alafa, Jose Alafa, Dionicio Alafa, Jr., Antonio Alafa, Alveza Hernandez and Maria Alvarado.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Alafa and Hector Alafa; and his siblings, Cristela Hinojosa of Leipsic, Emma Kindle (George) of Mississippi, Maricela Tobias (Juan) of California and Guadalupe Alafa (Alicia) of Holgate. He is also survived by four grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
