Gayle M. Hoffman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle M. Hoffman of Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Orville Hoffman; his brother Don Hoffman; and his granddaughter Anna Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Debra Storm (Richard) of Bellefontaine, Mike Hoffman (Pam) of Bluffton and Mark Hoffman of Bluffton; and his grandchildren, Brandon Storm, Amanda Storm, Cody Storm, Tisha Peteritis and Chris Hoffman. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
